Returns & refunds

If something isn't right, you can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

1. Email support@example.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply with return instructions.
3. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the item.

Items that arrive damaged or defective are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
